At LuxVoy Runner, we value your trust and strive to provide the highest level of service with every journey. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to ensure a fair and transparent refund process.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Shared Shuttle Service:
    Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure or no-shows are non-refundable, as seats are reserved especially for you.

  • Private Transfer & Chauffeur Services:
    Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
    Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior, or no-shows, are non-refundable due to dedicated scheduling and resource planning.

How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at info@luxvoybelize.com or +1(501)600-6963 with your booking details. Refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

Changes & Flexibility
If you need to adjust your booking rather than cancel, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible, subject to availability.
